    An excellent eating fish with mostly white flesh of good flavor. Fourfinger threadfin can be steamed or fried whole and braised in a sauce made of soya sauce and ginger or black beans and chilli. The head, fins and bones make an excellent fish stock for soups with very little oil.  


    Descaled, cleaned, individually vacuum packed for utmost hygiene and convenience.  Frozen Fresh for up to 3 months (minimum).

    • Thawing Instructions

      Submerge the fish with its packaging in a bowl of water and leave for 15-20 minutes.

      After defrosting, remove the from package, rinse and cook immediately for best results.

      • Deliveries are scheduled from 1100 to 1300 each day (except Mondays)
      • Orders completed and paid before 1700 will be delivered on the next business day
