Red snapper has a firm texture and a sweet, nutty flavor that lends itself well to everything from hot chilies to subtle herbs. Whole red snapper can be broiled, grilled, pan-fried, steamed, baked or deep-fried.
Descaled, cleaned, individually vacuum packed for utmost hygiene and convenience. Frozen Fresh for up to 3 months (minimum).

Thawing Instructions
Submerge the fish with its packaging in a bowl of water and leave for 15-20 minutes.
After defrosting, remove the from package, rinse and cook immediately for best results.
Delivery Information
- Deliveries are scheduled from 1100 to 1300 each day (except Mondays)
- Orders completed and paid before 1700 will be delivered on the next business day
- Orders completed and paid after 1700 will be delivered after 2 business days
Shelf Life
All SEATOBAG LACTOSEAFOOD™ products will be shipped with a minimum 90 days of shelf life (frozen).
