SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
SEATOBAG® ("we" and "us") is the operator of () ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
We currently deliver in Singapore only (excluding restricted areas). Delivery to areas which requires paid access will be charged to accordingly.
Shipping cost is a flat fee for Singapore delivery only (excluding restricted areas). Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Orders above S$80 are entitled to free shipment.
Deliveries are scheduled from 1100 to 1300 each day (except Mondays)
Orders completed and paid before 1700 will be delivered on the next business day
Orders completed and paid after 1700 will be delivered after 2 business days
Given the nature of our products, it will be best to receive the items during the stipulated delivery hours. Should the items reach the destination without a visible receiver, we will contact you directly on the mobile phone provided during order confirmation. We will avoid leaving the frozen items on your doorstep as much as possible.
We will do our best to reach you on all contact details provided. In case of a missed delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Return & Exchange
Due to the sensitive nature of raw materials, we will not be able to accept returns and/or exchanges on our seafood products.
